What’s New#

Integrations#

We’ve added support for integration with the following platforms: Intercom, HubSpot, ServiceNow, Rally, GitHub, Azure DevOps and Jira.
This enables seamless syncing of issues, tickets, and work-items across these tools and our system.
Now users can track and manage their external tasks directly within our platform — reducing context switches and improving workflow efficiency.

APIs & Webhooks#

Introduced new APIs and webhook endpoints to support data exchange and automation.
These APIs allow external systems or custom scripts to create, update, or retrieve work items and other relevant data programmatically.
Webhooks enable real-time notifications and triggers — e.g. when a work item is updated or status changes, external services can be notified automatically.

UI Enhancements#

We’ve refreshed and compacted the UI of Settings and Product pages for a cleaner, more streamlined experience.
Menu and form layouts have been optimized for better readability and usability.
Overall design changes make navigation simpler and reduce visual clutter — helping users find what they need faster.

Feedback Manager & Idea/Issue Collection (New)#

Introduced a Feedback Manager module that helps organize and manage user feedback.
We now create accounts in the feedback manager that group users together — making it easier to manage feedback at a group level.

Added new widgets to collect ideas and issues directly from users (e.g. bug reports, feature requests).

Improved the UI of the Feedback Manager Invite Page to make inviting users and managing feedback more intuitive.

🎯 Why This Matters#

The new integrations and APIs make the platform far more flexible and connected — regardless of which external tools teams use (support, CRM, dev, project-tracking), all data can now flow into one place.
Webhooks and API access open the door for automation: custom workflows, alerts, and syncing with other tools — saving time and reducing manual effort.
UI improvements make everyday tasks (settings, product management, feedback collection) more efficient and user-friendly.
Feedback Manager and idea/issue widgets make it easier than ever for users to submit feedback and for admins to manage it — turning user input into actionable items without friction.

⚠️ What’s Next / Known Limitations#

Initially, APIs and webhooks focus on core work-item operations; we plan to expand support to include more entity types (e.g. comments, attachments) in upcoming versions.
Some integrations may require manual setup: e.g. authentication, field-mapping between external and internal data models — check documentation for details.
Feedback Manager widgets and new UI flows are fresh — we welcome your feedback on usability or issues.
As more feedback comes in via the new system, we may refine how feedback is grouped, prioritized, and acted upon — stay tuned for future improvements.
