We have significantly upgraded the Feedback Manager to help you better collect, analyze, and act on user feedback.New Dashboard: A centralized view to monitor feedback trends and metrics.
Feedback Insights: Core team members now have access to deep insights derived from feedback data.
Feedback Widget: You can now create and customize feedback widgets with options for Button Style (Pill, Circle, Square), Positioning, and Domain Allowlisting. A dedicated Feedback Widget section has been added to the Integrations Module for seamless setup.
Common Filter Sidebar: A new, unified sidebar for filtering feedback by Status, Category, My Contributions, and Votes makes finding what you need faster.
Improved Performance: We’ve implemented infinite scroll pagination across the Feedback Manager, ensuring smoother navigation and faster load times even with large datasets.
Connectivity & Automation#
Webhooks: You can now configure both Inbound and Outbound Webhooks, enabling robust integrations with your favorite external tools and services.
Team Management#
Seamless Invitations: Invite new members using Email or a secure Magic Link (with configurable expiration) directly from the Members table, making onboarding quicker and easier.
